Chitjian Room Collection

As the Archivist and Technical Services representative for the Chitjian Conference Room in CSUN’s Modern and Classical Languages Department, I organized and rehoused Chitjian Family materials for in-room and online users. I described the materials in multiple spreadsheets, prioritizing discoverability and ease of use. I also created digital resources for users to familiarize themselves with the scope and content of the collection, including a User Guide presentation to assist visitors in preparing for a visit.
